2 weeks before course start: 50% course fee refund (minus $50 administration fee)

No refund for cancellation less than 2 weeks before course start

Release of Liability and Indemnification*
1. Faculty of Wine Inc. assumes no liability for any cancellation, injury, loss, accident or delay occasioned by the proprietor, employee, or service of any facility used by the above program.

2. I understand that the above program involves the tasting of wine. You are required to spit and the consumption of alcohol is prohibited. I am fully aware of the dangers of consuming alcohol, particularly the dangers of drinking and driving, and accept full responsibility in the event my actions are affected by any alcohol I have chosen to consume.

3. Without limiting the foregoing and in consideration of my being permitted to participate in the above program, the undersigned does hereby for himself/herself, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, release and forever discharge Roger Torriero, Derek Kranenborg, Faculty of Wine Inc. and their respective directors, officers, agents, employees, administrators, heirs, executors, successors and assigns from any and all actions, claims or demands by reason of any loss or injury to person or property arising from the operation of the above program, notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of Roger Torriero, Derek Kranenborg and Faculty of Wine Inc. their respective employees and agents.

4. I further agree to save harmless and indemnify Roger Torriero, Derek Kranenborg and Faculty of Wine Inc from and against all claims, actions, costs or expenses in respect to injury, loss or damage to person or property howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with the operation of the above program, whether the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of Roger Torriero, Derek Kranenborg and Faculty of Wine Inc. and their respective employees and agents.
